Software Engineers with strong foundations in C/C++, Linux, and low-level systems development to support both customer projects and internal product development.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop and maintain embedded software in C/C++ for Linux-based systems\nWork with MCU-level development (Bare Metal and/or RTOS) depending on project context\nContribute across the full product lifecycle – from concept and design to production and maintenance\nCollaborate closely with hardware, software, and product teams in cross-functional environments\nParticipate in system design, debugging, testing, and performance optimization\nWork with resource-constrained systems and low-level programming\nDepending on assignment, contribute to:\nNetworking and communication protocols\nDriver development and hardware-near programming\nCybersecurity, functional safety, or compliance (e.g. SBOM, ISO/SAE 21434)\nCI/CD, automation, and modern development workflows\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n4+ years (mid) / 5+ years (senior) experience in embedded software development\nStrong skills in C and/or C++\nExperience working with Embedded Linux systems\nExperience with MCUs, RTOS, or bare-metal programming\nExperience working in product development environments (from concept to production)\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines\nStructured, problem-solving mindset with a strong technical curiosity\n\nMeriting Experience\nExperience with networking protocols and Linux-based systems\nDevelopment of Linux drivers or low-level system components\nExperience with Yocto or custom Linux distributions\nBackground in cybersecurity, functional safety, or safety-critical systems\nExperience with CI/CD, Git, test automation, or DevOps practices\nExperience from industries such as automotive, telecom, defence, or industrial systems\nExposure to AUTOSAR, BMS, or electrified systems\nExperience with Python or scripting for automation\nSwedish Citizenship and
