You will work at the intersection of:\ncloud-native data engineering\nSAP domain knowledge\nAdvanced Analytics & Data Modelling\nscalable architecture and DevOps practices\ncollaborative, product-driven development\nYou support data mesh principles, guide product teams, and serve as a technical leader who drives quality, structure, and innovation across the entire data lifecycle.\nThis is a role for someone who wants to shape high-impact data solutions that power decision-making, operations, and customer experience.\nWhat You Will Do\nBuild, enhance, and optimize data pipelines and products on Google Cloud Platform\nManage CI/CD, Terraform, Git, and cloud infrastructure in GCP\nDeploy and maintain analytical capabilities in SAP Datasphere\nIntegrate SAP sources such as ECC, CAR, EWM, POS, Inventory, and General Ledger into GCP-native solutions\nModel and provision data using CDS Views, Datasphere modeling layers, and best-practice SAP patterns\nApply strong engineering principles to ensure scalability, security, observability, governance, and performance\nCollaborate with Product Owners and cross-domain teams to support data mesh and customer-centric development\nDrive continuous improvement, reduce technical debt, and elevate engineering practices\nCoach engineers, lead pair programming, and present solutions to complex engineering challenges\nPromote Agile ways of working and help teams deliver with speed and quality\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of experience in data engineering\nStrong expertise with GCP stack: BigQuery, Dataflow, DBT\nDeep experience with SAP Retail scenarios (ECC, CAR, EWM)\nAdvanced understanding of SAP data structures and SAP Datasphere\nHands-on experience with Power BI or other BI tools\nSolid knowledge of data formats (Avro, Parquet) and SQL\nProgramming skills in Python, Java, or Scala\nExperience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases\nStrong ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade data products\nExperience with Integrated Planning/BPC\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nFluent in English (Swedish is a plus)\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience from the retail industry\nFamiliarity with SAFe or other Agile frameworks\nExperience as Scrum Master or in leading Agile ceremonies\nProven ability to solve complex challenges through coding and analytical thinking\nWhy Multiply?\nAt Multiply, you join a company that blends:\nKnowledge-based consulting\nVisFlow – our product ecosystem for engineering intelligence\nVisFlow Embedded™ – data generation at the edge\nMultiply Academy – structured growth & certification\nWe deliver end-to-end value: from sensors and embedded systems → to cloud analytics → to modelling, traceability, simulation and decision intelligence.\nOur culture is built on Swedish values: trust, humility, transparency, and collaboration.
