Their products combine smart sensors, cloud-based analytics, and building management system integrations to help commercial buildings improve air quality, optimize HVAC operations, reduce energy consumption, and support healthy-building certifications.\nTheir solutions are designed for enterprise and commercial environments, including large-scale building portfolios, and integrate with existing building systems and networks.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Field Deployment Manager to lead the successful deployment of connected building technology across commercial properties.\nThis is primarily a remote project coordination and technical execution role. You will coordinate third-party installers, general contractors, client IT teams, and other stakeholders from pre-installation through final go-live. You will not be responsible for physical installation work, but you will need enough hands-on technical knowledge to troubleshoot networking, connectivity, cabling, device configuration, and deployment issues in the field.\nSuccess means ensuring every assigned device is installed correctly, connected properly, and reliably reporting clean data to the cloud or building management system.\nResponsibilities\nManage end-to-end deployment projects from pre-installation planning through go-live.\n\nReview building plans, floor plans, and construction drawings to determine device and gateway placement.\n\nCoordinate third-party installers, low-voltage contractors, general contractors, client IT teams, and facility teams.\n\nConfirm that site prerequisites are completed before installation begins.\n\nTrack device quantities, installation progress, logistics, dependencies, and project milestones.\n\nProvide technical direction to contractors and resolve deployment blockers.\n\nTroubleshoot practical networking issues including IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, VLANs, firewall rules, port access, and cabling.\n\nCoordinate with customer network administrators to resolve connectivity and access requirements.\n\nVerify device installation, connectivity, configuration, and data reporting.\n\nIdentify and resolve issues that could delay deployment or go-live.\n\nMaintain clear project documentation, status updates, and deployment records.\n\nCoordinate with internal technical and customer-facing teams when escalations are required.\n\nEnsure deployed devices are reliably reporting clean data to the cloud or BMS.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of deployment processes and field documentation.\n\nCompetencies and Qualifications Must-Have\n3+ years of experience deploying physical technology in occupied commercial buildings, such as IoT, low-voltage, security, AV, telecom, or building technology.\n\nStrong ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction drawings.\n\nPractical field-level networking knowledge, including IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, VLANs, firewall rules, and network connectivity.\n\nExperience coordinating third-party contractors, installers, or field service teams.\n\nStrong project coordination and execution skills.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot technical issues remotely and direct others through on-site troubleshooting.\n\nComfortable working across multiple stakeholders, including contractors, IT teams, facilities teams, and customers.\n\nStrong documentation and communication skills.\n\nNice-to-Have\nExperience with BMS/HVAC controls or building automation.\n\nExperience deploying IoT or connected building technologies.\n\nExperience working with BACnet, Modbus, or similar building protocols.\n\nExperience with enterprise building deployments.\n\nExperience working with general contractors or low-voltage contractors.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud-connected hardware or sensor deployments.\n\nExperience with commercial building technology or smart-building projects.\n\nKey Qualities\nStrong ownership and accountability\n\nHighly organized and detail-oriented\n\nPractical, hands-on problem solver\n\nConfident directing contractors and external stakeholders\n\nComfortable working independently\n\nTechnically curious and resourceful\n\nClear and professional communicator\n\nProactive when identifying deployment risks\n\nComfortable managing long-running projects\n\nWilling to take ownership beyond the minimum when a deployment needs attention\n\nWhat We Offer\n100% Remote Work - Work from anywhere in the Philippines.\n\nCareer Growth Opportunities - Gain hands-on experience, and continuous learning.\n\nCollaborative & Innovative Team - Work alongside skilled professionals who value excellence.\n\nApplication Process\nWe understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
