We hire based on culture fit, and experience is a major plus!\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a designer with strong branding and eCommerce instincts to create high-converting e-commerce creatives including listing images, A+ content, and Brand Store pages. This role focuses on visual storytelling, clarity, and conversion.\nYou’ll work closely with the Creative Director to create marketing and copy to translate product benefits into compelling, Amazon-optimized visuals. There will be opportunities to extend your design skills into other areas of marketing such as pitch design, branding, and social. There will be future opportunities to help refine and redefine creative processes.\nNote: This role requires the candidate to use TimeDoctor ON WORK HOURS\nResponsibilities \nDesign e-commerce listing images, A+ content, and Brand Store pages (Amazon)\n\nAssist in social media extension graphics of brands\n\nCreate clear, conversion-focused layouts that communicate benefits quickly\n\nDevelop iconography, infographics, and comparison visuals\n\nEnsure all designs meet technical and brand guidelines\n\nCollaborate with Art director and marketers to bring product narratives to life\n\nIterate designs based on performance insights and feedback\n\nApply brand guidelines to brand’s extended creative presence\n\nOrganize and deliver final assets for upload and testing\n\nContribute design support to new business pitches, presentations, and cross-agency creative tasks.\n\nHelp structure workflows, improve design processes, and raise the overall craft level of the team.\n\nCompetencies and Qualifications\nMust-Have \n3+ years of graphic design experience (eCommerce or performance marketing a plus)\n\nStrong understanding of conversion-focused design principles\n\nProficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Suite, Teamwork or similar tools\n\nAble to leverage AI tools for creating\n\nAbility to design within tight constraints and fixed formats\n\nStrong attention to detail and consistency\n\nTaking initiative\n\nGrowth mentality\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple assets/projects\n\nNice to Have\nProven experience designing for Amazon creative content or product listings\n\nExperience working with Amazon Brand Stores\n\nFamiliarity with CRO, UX, or performance marketing\n\nUnderstanding of how design impacts Amazon SEO and shopper behavior\n\nExperience collaborating with paid media or growth teams\n\nWhy We Offer\n5 Days’ Vacation Paid Time Off\n\nTime Off For All National PH Holidays\n\nCompany Events - Free Dinner, Games Night\n\nYear End Bonus - We Pay 1% of Company Profits To Our Employees\n\nFlex hours\n\nApplication Process\nWe understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
