Its small creative team collaborates across packaging, retail experiences, campaigns, and digital channels.\nAbout the Role\nWe are in search of a Junior Designer with a strong foundation in print production and packaging design to support our client's custom fragrance brand. Reporting to the Creative Team Lead Lead, you will primarily adapt existing designs and prepare accurate, production-ready artwork for packaging, labels, and other print materials. More than 90% of the initial work will involve adapting existing designs, with approximately 80-90% of the workload focused on print and packaging. You will also support printer and vendor coordination, with opportunities to develop digital and retail design skills and take on more creative ownership over time.\nResponsibilities\nPrint Production: Prepare and check production-ready artwork with accurate bleeds, dielines, and printer specifications, ensuring files are ready for production.\n\nDesign Adaptation: Adapt existing layouts into color, size, and format variations efficiently while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.\n\nPackaging Design: Adapt labels, gift boxes, rigid cartons, and die-cut packaging formats under the Design Lead's direction and in line with the brand's visual identity.\n\nPrinter and Vendor Coordination: Work toward ownership of printer and production vendor communication, source vendors when needed, and coordinate artwork handoffs through to print.\n\nDigital and Retail Support: A dapt existing designs for social content, email graphics, advertising assets, web banners, signage, and retail displays as needed, with guidance and training from the Design Lead.\n\nCampaign and Launch Support: Prepare primarily print and packaging collateral, along with supporting digital assets, for seasonal campaigns and product launches.\n\nAsset Management: Keep working files, versions, and final assets clearly organized and accessible; support photo retouching where skills allow.\n\nCreative Development: Build familiarity with the brand and support occasional mixed-media, tactile, or original concept explorations as creative ownership develops.\n\nCollaboration and Delivery: Follow creative direction, incorporate constructive feedback, and communicate progress and agreed deadlines.\n\nCompetencies and Qualifications\nMust-Have\n2-5 years of professional design experience, with a strong foundation in print production and preparing artwork for print.\n\nProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for everyday design and production work.\n\nSolid print production knowledge, including bleeds, dielines, and press-ready file preparation.\n\nAbility to adapt existing designs and prepare accurate print and packaging files, with willingness to learn digital and retail formats.\n\nExperience with, or a strong interest in, product and packaging design.\n\nStrong visual judgment, attention to detail, and brand consistency; an action-oriented approach and organized file and asset management habits.\n\nAbility to execute straightforward adaptations and repeated asset variations accurately within practical deadlines.\n\nOpenness to learning and experimenting with AI-assisted creative tools; prior AI experience is not required.\n\nProficient written and spoken English; a collaborative, adaptable working style; openness to constructive feedback; and availability for a minimum four-hour daily overlap with US Eastern business hours.\n\nNice-to-Have\nMotion design or light video editing skills using After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut.\n\nProficiency in Figma.\n\n3D design or modeling skills.\n\nFamiliarity with eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brand environments.\n\nExperience with digital creative, retail displays, or experiential design concepts.\n\nPhoto retouching skills; generative AI or AI-assisted asset creation experience; or experience with mixed-media and tactile exploration.\n\nWhat We Offer\n100% Remote Work\n\n13th Month Pay\n\nHealthcare (HMO)\n\nComprehensive Fringe Benefits package\n\nPaid Service Incentive Leave (SIL)\n\nPaid Philippines Holidays\n\nFree Learning and Development Programs\n\nApplication Process\nWe understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
