They have evolved to provide highly rated and effective products for home, garden, and automobile applications.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will lead the cross-channel acquisition and profitable commercial growth across a dynamic portfolio of brands, principally driving the expansion of the company’s main brand alongside emerging brands. You will take a holistic multi-brand approach to scale revenue using Meta, TikTok/TikTok Shop, and Google Ads (including Google Shopping and Performance Max).\nThis role requires a commercially minded growth specialist who can navigate real-world unit economics, innovate strategies to raise AOV and conversion rates, and deliver demonstrable, profitable ecommerce results.\nResponsibilities\nCross-Channel Campaign Strategy & Execution: Drive scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth across Meta Ads, TikTok/TikTok Shop, and Google Ads (including Google Shopping and Performance Max).\n\nMulti-Brand Growth Management: Manage performance marketing across a portfolio of brands at varying stages of maturity, focusing principally on scaling Jenolite while launching and building newer brands like Grain Guard and Mutts & Moggs.\n\nCommercial Strategy & Economics Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to ensure profitable ecommerce growth, directly addressing unit economics by optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC) alongside strategies to increase average order value (AOV) and conversion rates.\n\nHolistic Marketing Balance: Balance and integrate paid advertising, organic content, UGC testing, creator/affiliate marketing, and retargeting activities across all primary channels.\n\nTikTok Shop Execution: Leverage both creator/affiliate partnerships and paid campaigns within TikTok Seller Center to accelerate storefront revenue.\n\nCompetencies and Qualifications\nMust-Have\nMinimum of 3+ years of experience as an Performance Marketing Specialist driving paid media growth across multi-channel environments, preferably within ecommerce\n\nDemonstrated ability to drive profitable ecommerce revenue/GMV growth, with clear historical metrics on managed ad budgets, achieved ROAS, CAC, CPA and personal campaign contributions.\n\nConversion & Order Value Optimization: Proven experience improving AOV and conversion rates through strategic initiatives like bundling, multi-buys, and targeted retention.\n\nGoogle Ads Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Shopping, Performance Max, and wider Google Ads campaign management.\n\nTikTok Shop & Creator Growth: Demonstrated success driving TikTok Shop growth through creators, affiliates, and paid advertising.\n\nCreative Strategy: Hands-on experience developing and testing high-converting UGC and ad creatives.\n\nFull-Funnel & Multi-Channel Mastery: Proven ability to integrate Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Shop, creator/affiliate networks, and retargeting campaigns into a unified, profitable growth engine.\n\nMulti-Brand Account Management: Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously across varying stages of maturity.\n\nAutonomy & Drive: Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.\n\nAnalytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to identifying and fixing account inefficiencies.\n\nNice-to-Have\nExperience in Integration, Automation and AI tools\n\nExperience operating within the DIY, Homeware, or pet care categories.\n\nWhat We Offer\n100% Remote Work\n\n13th Month Pay\n\nHealthcare (HMO)\n\nComprehensive Fringe Benefits package\n\nPaid Service Incentive Lead (SIL)\n\nPaid Philippines Holidays\n\nFree Learning and Development Programs\n\nApplication Process\nWe understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
