Reporting directly to the Director of Supply Chain Management, you will oversee FF&E budgets, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of critical project components to support our engineering and construction initiatives.\nCore Job Responsibilities\nOversee and maintain Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) budgets and project specifications.\n\nSource, request, and evaluate competitive vendor quotes to ensure optimal pricing and quality standards.\n\nGenerate, process, and track purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy.\n\nManage vendor acknowledgments and streamline the invoice approval process.\n\nAccelerate critical orders to meet strict project timelines and maintain an up-to-date expediting database.\n\nCollaborate with the Director of Supply Chain Management to provide regular budget and forecast updates.\n\nOversee the purchase order close-out process and promptly resolve any invoice exceptions or discrepancies.\n\nCoordinate & manage delivery schedules to ensure the on-time arrival of materials to project sites.\n\nMaintain comprehensive vendor cost analysis data to support strategic purchasing decisions.\n\nDevelop and track key performance metrics to reduce expenses and improve the overall effectiveness of procurement services.\n\nEnsure all procurement and purchasing activities comply with internal company policies and relevant industry regulations.\n\nConduct ongoing market research to identify new vendors, alternative material sources, and supply chain trends.\n\nCompetencies and Qualifications\nMust-have\n5+ years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within the EPC or construction sector.\n\nDemonstrated expertise in rental management and the purchasing of construction tools and equipment.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and cost analysis.\n\nFoundational knowledge of accounting principles for invoice processing and budget management.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.\n\nHigh level of self-motivation with the ability to thrive in a remote environment under little to no supervision.\n\nNice-to-Have\nExperience utilizing ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or specialized procurement management systems.\n\nA Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nFamiliarity with contract negotiation and vendor performance evaluation.\n\nPrior experience collaborating with international vendors or managing global supply chains.\n\nKey Qualities\n\nAnticipates supply chain bottlenecks and proactively develops contingency plans.\n\nMaintains exceptional accuracy in purchase orders, budget forecasts, and financial records.\n\nExhibits clear, professional, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills when interacting with vendors and internal teams.\n\nThrives in a fast-paced environment and easily adjusts to shifting project requirements and priorities.\n\nWhat We Offer\n100% Remote Work - Work from anywhere in the Philippines.\n\nCareer Growth Opportunities - Gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning.\n\nCollaborative & Innovative Team - Work alongside skilled professionals who value excellence.\n\nApplication Process\nWe understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
