This role is ideal for a highly creative and self-driven designer with experience in e-commerce, who can own and execute the brand’s creative direction across web, social, email, and performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate will take ownership of design quality across the brand, confidently translating briefs into strong creative with minimal art direction.\nYou’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of visual content not only looks beautiful but also drives engagement and conversion.\nResponsibilities\nDesign high-quality digital assets for social media, website, email, and paid ads\n\nMaintain and evolve the visual identity across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and helping strengthen design systems as the brand grows\n\nCreate layouts and assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions\n\nCollaborate with the team to ideate and execute engaging storytelling visuals, while confidently recommending improvements and providing constructive design feedback\n\nHandle basic video editing, including resizing for platform-specific requirements (e.g., in CapCut or Canva)\n\nEnsure assets are optimized for both web and mobile, proactively identifying and correcting design inconsistencies or errors before final review\n\nStay updated on design and social media trends to bring fresh ideas to the table\n\nCompetencies and Qualifications \nMust-Have\n3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in an e-commerce or consumer brand\n\nProficiency in Canva and the ability to use AI tools to support design enhancements and additional creative needs\n\nExperience designing for social media, web, email, and performance marketing\n\nStrong portfolio showcasing modern, and conversion-driven design work\n\nAbility to handle basic video editing tasks using tools like CapCut or Canva\n\nExcellent eye for detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy\n\nComfortable taking ownership of design quality, making independent creative decisions with minimal art direction, and meeting deadlines in a remote setting\n\nNice-to-Have\nExperience working with parenting, lifestyle, or DTC brands\n\nKnowledge of motion graphics or more advanced video editing tools\n\nFamiliarity with platforms like Klaviyo, Shopify\n\nKey Qualities\nCollaborative: Effective communication and teamwork skills, thriving in remote and cross-functional environments.\n\nConscientious: Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.\n\nDetail-Oriented: Keen attention to layout, typography, and brand consistency, ensuring polished and precise designs.\n\nAction-Oriented: Proactive approach to moving projects forward with efficiency and initiative in a fast-paced setting.\n\nApplication Process\nWe understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
