This fully remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to challenging mechanical and structural engineering projects. You will work closely with the drafting, engineering, and project management teams to ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet stringent functionality and performance requirements.\nResponsibilities\nCreate parts, assemblies, and drawings using SolidWorks.\n\nModify .dxf and .dwg files using DraftSight.\n\nPrepare fabrication packages using Adobe and Excel.\n\nContribute innovative solutions to complex mechanical and structural design challenges.\n\nConduct system design and analysis to ensure functionality and performance meet project requirements.\n\nCollaborate with drafting, engineering, and project management teams.\n\nEnsure on-time delivery of all projects.\n\nCompetencies and Qualifications\n Must-Have\n2-3 years of experience in metal fabrication and manufacturing.\n\n2-3 years of experience in mechanical and/or structural design.\n\n5 years of hands-on experience with SolidWorks.\n\nStrong knowledge of 3D modeling, focusing on sheet metal components, weldments, and large/complex assemblies with moving parts.\n\nExperience using AutoCAD or DraftSight.\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.\n\nNice-to-Have\nExperience with advanced sheet metal design and complex weldments.\n\nKnowledge of mechanical stress analysis or FEA (Finite Element Analysis).\n\nFamiliarity with industry-specific codes and standards beyond basic sheet metal practices.\n\nExposure to design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly processes.\n\nExperience collaborating with international clients or multi-disciplinary engineering teams.\n\nBasic programming or automation experience in SolidWorks (DriveWorks and macros).\n\nKey Qualities\nVersatile: Able to adapt to various mechanical and structural design challenges while maintaining accuracy and quality.\n\nInnovative: Brings creative, practical solutions to complex engineering problems.\n\nCollaborative: Demonstrates effective communication with multiple departments and other team members to achieve project goals.\n\nDiligent: rigorous and thorough to ensure designs meet functional, safety, and performance requirements.\n\nMeticulous: Works meticulously in producing clear and concise documentation that adheres to all drafting processes and standards.\n\nTimely: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and delivering projects accurately and on-time.\n\nProud: Possesses a sense of great pride for delivering high-quality documentation and products to our fabrication teams and customers.\n\nWhat We Offer\n100% Remote Work - Work from anywhere in the Philippines.\n\nCareer Growth Opportunities - Gain hands-on experience, and continuous learning.\n\nCollaborative & Innovative Team - Work alongside skilled professionals who value excellence.\n\nApplication Process\nWe understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
