# Microsoft Engineer

Responsibilities Provide technical support, troubleshooting, configuration, and monitoring for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including tenant, user, license, and device management. Deliver onsite and remote technical support in accordance with service requirements and SLA. Monitor service health and prepare periodic reports on incidents and problems. Coordinate with users and relevant teams to ensure effective issue resolution. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience handling Microsoft products and solutions. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting. Good communication and coordination skills. Microsoft Associate-level certification is preferred. Placement South Jakarta (site customer)
