of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM)\n\n Prepare and share daily RM & PM status reports with FM and planning team\n\n Maintain accurate DIR (Daily Inventory/Issue Reports)\n\nInventory Control:\n\n Oversee RM & PM receipts, issuance, and ensure FIFO compliance\n\n Follow up on GRN with warehouse team to ensure timely system updates\n\n Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations\n\nSAP & Process Operations:\n\n Create material reservations in SAP and follow up on issuance\n\n Create, release, and monitor process orders for production\n\n Ensure timely TECO (technical completion) of process orders after production runs\n\nOperational Coordination:\n\n Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams for material flow\n\n Track truck turnaround and ensure timely unloading/loading activities\n\nAdditional Responsibilities:\n\n Follow up with warehouse and logistics teams on truck arrival, turnaround time, and unloading status\n\n Maintain effective communication and coordination between production, planning, and warehouse teams\n\n Assist in resolving material availability and operational issues to avoid production delays\n\n Support documentation and ensure accuracy of reports and records\n\n Carry out any other tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor/management\n\nRequirements\n\n Basic knowledge of SAP (MM/PP modules or similar ERP systems)\n\n Understanding of inventory management principles (FIFO, stock control, GRN process)\n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools for reporting and data analysis\n\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\n Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination\n\n High level of attention to detail and accuracy\n\n Basic understanding of production planning and warehouse
