In this fast-paced role, you'll manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, provide parts availability and pricing information, process quotations and orders, and support customers throughout the order lifecycle.\nIf you enjoy helping customers, excel at multitasking, and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, this is an excellent opportunity to build a career with an industry-leading equipment manufacturer.\nWhat You'll Do\nRespond to a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email regarding parts availability, pricing, lead times, and order status.\nSupport outside sales representatives and customers within the assigned region.\nPrepare and enter customer quotations into SAP while ensuring accurate pricing and product availability.\nMaintain and save all quotations and customer records in SAP.\nProcess customer sales orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing, payment terms, freight charges, and Incoterms.\nReview and manage open order reports, including monitoring backorders and coordinating with inventory teams to provide accurate lead times.\nFollow up with customers regarding held orders, backorders, and order-related issues to ensure timely processing.\nCommunicate order confirmations and notify customers of any changes impacting their orders.\nBuild and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication and support.\nMake outbound calls to customers regarding quotations, orders, promotions, and follow-up opportunities.\nAssist walk-in customers with parts inquiries and purchases.\nPick, pack, and ship parts using various shipping carriers and transportation providers.\nAssist with receiving and handling larger parts shipments as needed.\nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned.\nWhat You Bring\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nThree or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a parts, manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or equipment-related environment.\nExperience researching and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner.\nGeneral knowledge of equipment, mechanical parts, and industrial products preferred.\nPrevious experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.\nCommunication & Interpersonal Skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.\nAbility to communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.\nTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.\nCustomer Service & Sales Skills\nAbility to understand customer needs and provide accurate product and pricing information.\nExperience handling customer concerns, complaints, and order-related issues with professionalism.\nAbility to calculate customer discounts, freight charges, and pricing adjustments accurately.\nStrong attention to detail when processing quotations, orders, and customer communications.\nOrganization & Problem-Solving Skills\nHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail.\nStrong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nAbility to analyze information, exercise sound judgment, and resolve issues efficiently.\nExcellent work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.\nTechnical & Computer Skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.\nExperience with SAP or similar ERP software preferred.\nAbility to learn new software applications and internal systems quickly.\nStrong data entry and order management capabilities.\nPhysical Requirements\nRegular standing and walking throughout the workday.\nOccasional sitting, reaching, handling, and use of hands and arms.\nAbility to occasionally lift and move 50-75 pounds.\nRequires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\nAbility to work in a warehouse and office environment as business needs require.\nReasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.\nCompensation & Benefits\n$22.00/hr-$30.00/hr\nExtended Health Care Plan\nDental\nShort Term Disability\nLong Term Disability\nEmployee Life and AD&D\nDependent Life\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nVacation - Accrue 80 hours annually.
