In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping parts and equipment while ensuring inventory accuracy and outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with warehouse leadership to support daily operations and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.\nIf you enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and are comfortable operating material handling equipment while supporting customers and team members, we'd like to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nReceive, inspect, and process inbound shipments including small parcel carriers, LTL shipments, and direct customer loads.\nPick, pack, crate, and prepare parts and equipment orders for shipment.\nLoad and unload freight using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.\nVerify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and inspect for damage.\nDocument and report shipment discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods.\nProperly label, sort, wrap, and stage products for shipment and storage.\nEnsure the correct quantities and product types are loaded and shipped according to documentation.\nAssemble equipment as required to support customer orders.\nAssist walk-in customers with product and order requests.\nSupport warehouse inventory control and organization activities.\nMaintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.\nAssist in maintaining warehouse security and safeguarding inventory.\nRepair pallets and perform repacking activities as needed.\nSupport warehouse leadership with day-to-day operational requirements.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nWhat You Bring\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nThree to six months of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or related experience preferred.\nForklift certification required.\nExperience using SAP or similar ERP/inventory management systems preferred.\nGeneral mechanical aptitude and product knowledge are a plus.\nCommunication & Interpersonal Skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.\nStrong customer service mindset with the ability to assist walk-in customers professionally.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nPositive attitude and strong work ethic.\nWarehouse & Operational Skills\nExperience receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.\nAbility to safely and efficiently operate a forklift.\nKnowledge of shipping methods, carrier requirements, and warehouse best practices.\nAbility to maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.\nStrong attention to detail when verifying inventory, orders, and shipping documentation.\nOrganization & Problem-Solving Skills\nHighly organized with strong time-management skills.\nDemonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong multitasking skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.\nComputer Skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.\nExperience with SAP or similar warehouse/inventory management software preferred.\nPhysical Requirements\nRegular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday.\nAbility to safely lift, move, and carry materials and inventory.\nFrequent use of forklifts and material handling equipment.\nAbility to work in a warehouse and distribution environment with varying temperatures.\nAbility to perform repetitive movement and manual handling tasks.\nReasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.\nCompensation & Benefits\n$22.00/hr-$25.00/hr\nExtended Health Care Plan\nDental\nShort Term Disability\nLong Term Disability\nEmployee Life and AD&D\nDependent Life\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nVacation - Accrue 80 hours annually.
