Multitask Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Gas Engineer / Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading building services contractor within their Facilities Management division.\n This role involves delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, and installation works across a range of gas systems on multiple sites.\n Key Responsibilities:\n Carry out PPM, reactive maintenance and installation works\n Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and servicing of gas systems\n Work on commercial and domestic gas boilers, heating systems, pipework, gas-fired water heaters, air handling units and radiant tube heaters\n Complete gas safety checks, testing and certification in line with Gas Safe regulations\n Respond to reactive callouts and participate in on-call rota\n Produce quotes for repair and installation works\n Update and maintain CAFM system records\n Ensure compliance with SLAs, gas regulations, and health & safety standards\n Travel between multiple sites as required\n Requirements:\n ACS Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1, COCN1 or equivalent)\n Proven experience in gas maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and installation\n Experience working on commercial and/or domestic systems\n Strong understanding of gas safety regulations and compliance\n Experience within Facilities Management or building services preferred\n Good IT skills (CAFM systems or similar)\n Full UK Driving Licence\n Flexible approach and willingness to join on-call rota\n Desirable:\n Commercial catering qualifications (COMCAT 1-5)\n NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating\n Experience with HVAC systems and controls\n Package:\n £45,000per annum + 1 in 4 On-Call £1,950 per annum + Overtime available after
