In this pivotal role, you will handle complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions and provide strategic legal support to various business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to contribute to a fast-paced and international fintech environment, working closely with senior stakeholders to navigate regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance.\nYour focus:\nReviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal agreements with suppliers, merchants, customers, and other third parties\n\nSupporting commercial engagements across the business\n\nMonitoring regulatory developments and offering strategic legal guidance\n\nDrafting and reviewing internal policies and procedures\n\nManaging legal risks and handling consumer or partner complaints\n\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve legal issues\n\nAdvising on payment services, consumer crediting, distance selling, employment law, and data protection\n\nCoordinating with external legal counsel for foreign jurisdiction matters\n\nTaking on other legal assignments as needed\n\nRequired skills & qualifications:\nMust-have:\nQualified lawyer with 5+ years post-qualification experience\n\nExcellent English communication skills-both written and verbal\n\nHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skills\n\nProven ability to handle complex legal topics and simplify them for decision-makers\n\nEffective multitasker with excellent organizational skills\n\nStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities\n\nNice-to-have:\nPrior experience or qualifications in Financial Services\n\nThe starting salary for this position is €3,000 gross per month.\nWe offer:\nAt Multitude, we believe in empowering our employees to thrive personally and professionally.
