This role is about building an AI-native People function from the ground up, with someone who thinks in systems: workflows, guardrails, tasks and constraints, rather than one-off fixes. We care more about how you learn and build than how many years you've clocked up. If you've built something you can show us, whether that's a tool, a process, or a system that scaled, bring it. That's a bigger part of the interview than a standard work history.\nWhat you'll actually do\nA People Product Lead bridges People strategy with hands-on technical product management.
