The Software Developer is an asset when creating a seamless software experience for our clients.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\nDevelop software programming and document an intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company and the software\n\nProfessionally maintain all programs and create updates regularly to address Multiview and client’s concerns by maintaining cross-team collaboration\n\nIdentify issues with AI generated code.\n\nMake use of AI coding agents (e.g. GitHub Copilot) to triage and fix issues.\n\nTroubleshoot coding problems efficiently and quickly to ensure a productive workspace\n\nParticipate in code review and present code walk thru.\n\nEnsure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information\n\nActively seeks ways to improve business software processes and interactions\n\nAnalyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.\n\nThe expected salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000.00 CAD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.\nCOMPETENCIES PORTFOLIO:\nSoftware Development Skills–Software Developers know how design, develop, and test software applications. Ability to provide AI coding agents with precise and context-rich prompts regarding business logic. This level of expertise is gained through extensive on the job experience\n\nInterpersonal Skills – Ability to effectively communicate and work with various team members both internally and externally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required\n\nTeamwork – Software Developers are strong team players. They work with multiple teams cross-functionally, and they know how to effectively address the needs of each team while always keeping the client’s outcomes as the driver\n\nProblem solving – Proactive in anticipating and resolving problems. Software Developers are skilled problem solvers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to meet the requirements of the project are required\n\nTime management – Software Developers are extremely organized at managing their time and prioritizing. They can organize their schedule appropriately to meet commitments and project deadlines\n\nKNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:\n\n1-3 years of experience in software development.\n\nComputer Science degree or diploma OR equivalent work experience.\n\nExperience developing software utilizing various coding languages including C#, React, SQL and thorough programming skills with Oracle PL/SQL.\n\nExperience in Oracle Database development is highly desirable.\n\nExperience with GitHub Copilot or an equivalent is highly desirable.\n\nAbility to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.\n\nAnalyze code for weaknesses and errors, and present detailed plans to improve them.\n\nHeightened attention to detail & strong analytical technical problem-solving skill.\n\nOutstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential (verbal and written).\n\nStrong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for multiple, concurrent projects.\n\nAbility to quickly gain working knowledge of product, interpret requirements, and recommend solutions.\n\nExperience with .Net CORE and JavaScript is considered an asset.\n\nExperience with accounting/financial applications is considered an asset.\n\nExperience comes in many forms, many skills are transferable, and passion goes a long way.
