You will work alongside experienced engineers, architects, and IAM project teams to develop innovative solutions that create tangible business value in a global enterprise environment.\nYour Job\nDevelop and enhance modern full-stack applications and digital products as per the use cases from team.\nBuild AI-powered solutions, business agents, and automation tools.\nDesign, develop, and integrate REST APIs and system interfaces.\nDevelop Python-based applications and automation solutions.\nUtilize Microsoft 365 tools, GitHub Copilot, and modern software engineering practices.\nSupport solution design, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams.\nContribute to AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.\nGain practical exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) products and enterprise IT delivery.\nYour Profile\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nStrong programming skills in Python are mandatory.\nProven hands-on software development experience through university, personal, or professional projects.\nExperience with APIs, system integrations, Git, GitHub, and version control concepts.\nGood understanding of databases and SQL.\nUnderstanding of software engineering principles and software development lifecycle concepts.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nFluent in English; German is a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications\nJavaScript / TypeScript.\nReact, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.\nFastAPI, Flask, Django, or comparable backend frameworks.\nMicrosoft Azure fundamentals.\nDocker and containerization concepts.\nCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExperience with GitHub Copilot.\nUnderstanding of AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.\nKnowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts is a plus.\nStudents from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
