In this role, you will support our IAM Operations team by identifying automation opportunities, developing AI-powered solutions and business agents, and optimizing service request, incident, and service delivery processes across a global enterprise environment.\nYour Job\nAnalyze IAM operational processes, service requests, incidents, and recurring support activities to identify automation and optimization opportunities.\nDesign and develop AI-powered solutions, business agents, and automation use cases.\nDevelop Python-based prototypes and productivity solutions.\nDevelop and enhance Angular-based user interfaces for AI and operational use cases.\nBuild and integrate REST APIs and system interfaces.\nSupport the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and automation capabilities.\nCreate dashboards, reports, and operational insights.\nCollaborate with IAM SMEs, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to increase service quality, efficiency, and productivity.\nYour Profile\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field.\nStrong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with Angular frontend development (mandatory).\nExperience with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, system integrations, and modern web technologies, including TypeScript.\nGood understanding of databases and SQL.\nExperience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools is advantageous.\nKnowledge of AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and RAG concepts.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power BI, or similar productivity and automation platforms.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based technologies.\nStrong interest in AI, automation, process optimization, operational excellence, and digital transformation.\nAbility to translate business challenges into technology-driven solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nKnowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts is a plus.\nFluent in English; German is a plus.\nStudents from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
