Mitigate escalations\nIn case of any escalations, facilitate these by ensuring all issues are addressed appropriately and timely.\nEnsure appropriate governance of process and controls framework is in place for all applications. \nEnsure all application documentation and BAFin (and other) audit requirements are in place and updated on a regular basis.\nKnowledge and Skills\nPossess experience in managing technology vendors.\nAbility to think in a global meta-organizational as well as networked manner.\nTalent in capture things quickly as well as structure and orchestrate topics.\nDemonstrated ability to think outside the box, innovative mindset\n5+ years of experience in IT product management or a similar role.\nProven experience with key technologies e.g. Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Oracle, SQL and related tools.\nStrong understanding of software development life-cycle and methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall).\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nFluent command of Business English.\n“Cultural awareness”\nIf you are excited about this role but your experience does not align perfectly with everything outlined, or you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway.
