As a Director of Business Analysis within the Norh American Integrated Analytics team, you will lead business analysis activities for client implementations and the ongoing support of our SaaS platform for automated risk assessment. You will serve as a key liaison between clients and our Risk Specialists, Product Managers, Project Managers, Data Scientists,and Engineers, working through complex business processes and data flowsto translate client needs into effective solutions. You will also provide senior-level guidanceto business analysts and cross-functional team memberswhile helping deliver reliable, innovative solutions for our North American clients.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead business analysis activities for client implementations and ongoing support of the alitheia SaaS automated underwriting platform.\nPartner with clients to understand and document underwriting processes, system interactions, integration requirements, and end-to-end data flows.\nGuide clients in using existing product capabilities and configurations to address their business needs effectively.\nIdentify needs that cannot be met through current capabilities and work with clients and Product Management to define, evaluate, and prioritize potential new features or enhancements.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into process flows, data mappings, client configuration sheets, and other implementation artifacts.\nUse APIs, Postman, and JSON to support integration analysis, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.\nCoordinate with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Risk, Data Science, and client stakeholders throughout implementation and ongoing support.\nTriage client issues in test and production, working both independently and cross functionally to resolve issues while minimizing client disruption.\nMaintain accurate user guides, client-facing materials, internal processes and support documentation.\nLead and mentor business analysts, providing day-to-day guidance and supporting the development of less-experienced team members.\nQualifications\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate a natural desire to provide exceptional client service through his/her energy, enthusiasm, and initiative.\nIn addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:\n7+ years experience in client facing technical roles \nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent\nExperience in Individual Life or Disability Insurance (Direct Carrier or Reinsurance) highly desirable\nAbility to express complex ideas clearly and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams \nExperience with the full software development lifecycle\nStrong analytical, organizational, and time management skills\nDemonstrated ability to apply creative thinking and problem-solving skills to solve business problems\nAttention to detail and organization\nSuperior written and oral communication skills, including presentations to clients and internal management\nExperience producing technology project artifacts including but not limited to: use cases, requirements documents, functional specifications, data mapping and process flows\nExtensive experience working directly with clients to analyze, design, and document complex business processes and end-to-end data flows\nHands-on familiarity with REST APIs, Postman, JSON payloads, integration testing and troubleshooting\nDemonstrated experience leading a team or serving in a senior team capacity\nFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS)\nAdvanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint and process flow documentation tools\nSkills utilizing Postman, Power BI, SQL, DataDog, Visio, Miro, Notion, Jira highly desired\nExperience with software engineering best
