Working across business, information, data, application, and technology domains, you will create architecture strategies, target states, and transformation roadmaps to accelerate AI and digital transformation, improve reuse, and support wider business ambitions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nImplement Enterprise Architecture Strategy - Establish architecture principles, standards, and target states aligned with the business strategy, translating business priorities into capability, data, and technology roadmaps.\nLead Application & Technology Transformation - Optimise the application landscape by reducing complexity, addressing technical debt, defining target architectures, and guiding transformation roadmaps and investments.\nShape Data Architecture & Data Transformation - Define enterprise data architecture, governance, and data strategies to enable analytics, AI, automation, and data-driven insurance capabilities.\nSupport Insurance Business Transformation - Support future insurance models through architecture solutions for digital platforms, embedded insurance, delegated authority, AI-enabled underwriting, and advanced risk capabilities.\nDrive Enterprise Alignment & Collaboration - Partner with business leaders, Business Architects, Data Architects, and Technology teams to connect strategic objectives with practical transformation outcomes.\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n5-7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Technology Strategy, or large-scale transformation roles.\nProven experience delivering enterprise transformation initiatives within complex global organizations.\nStrong understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, frameworks, and methodologies.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nA strategic thinker able to connect business outcomes with technology and data opportunities.\nComfortable operating across business and IT boundaries.\nAble to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.\nExperienced in influencing architecture decisions across multiple teams and geographies.\nPassionate about using technology and data to create measurable business value.\nAbout Us:\nAs the world's leading reinsurer with more than 11,000 employees at over 50 locations, Munich Re introduces a paradigm shift in the way you think about insurance. The salary range posted below applies to the Company’s Princeton location.\nThe base salary range anticipated for this position is $141,800 - $207,900 plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. In addition, the company makes available a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).\nThe salary estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for candidates hired in this position in Princeton. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
