We are looking for an enthusiastic SAP Success Factors Consultant and Product Manager, who is eager to take over responsibility and to make a difference.\nAs a Product Manager you will manage HR-related applications including steering the demand process and consulting business colleagues to lead both tactical and strategic. In this role, you will own and manage the product lifecycle including functional releases and IT upgrades, to maintain compliance, performance and ‘fit for purpose’ business functionality. You will be responsible for the secure and stable ‘run’ of the product as well as for the product costs.\nThe position is limited to 24 months.\nYour Job\nDriving digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global processes and launching new tools.\nOverviewing product cost and budget as well as managing of the external staff including procurement and provider management.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutions.\nImplementing changes and configuring system.\nPartner with all stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring that the product team delivers capabilities on time, on budget and per expectation. \nManage delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.\nWork across teams and global locations in a seamless way to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.\nMonitor and evaluate product compliance and performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement.\nSetting up strategical product architecture based on the requirements and standards of Munich RE Group.\nYour Profile\nUniversity degree preferably in Computer engineering / IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or similar qualification.\n7+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC), Compensation, and Variable Pay.\nExperience in other SAP SuccessFactors module, such as EC Payroll, Time Management or Onboarding is preferred.\nStrong understanding of technology with the ability to understand and articulate customer problems, solutions, and possible impacts.\nAct as a reliable partner for HR department.\nDemonstrated ability to adhere the security guidelines and best practices.
