Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.\nTracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.\nManaging and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget, in accordance with approved authorities and change processes.\nIdentifying and mitigating potential risks.\nManaging the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.\nHelp drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.\nKnowledge and Skills\n3+ years of experience delivering IT or digital projects, preferably in Financial Services or a regulated industry. \nProven ability to own and drive end-to-end IT project delivery, translating customer needs into clear plans, removing blockers and managing risks and dependencies through to implementation and handover. \nAbility to manage project costs and budgets to agreed baselines. \nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate others and negotiate deadlines and delivery commitments. \nAbility to work within a structured project governance framework, ensuring required documentation, approvals and controls are in place throughout the project lifecycle. \nA proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills. \nDemonstrated ability to work globally across businesses and international cultures to deliver results. \nPreferably, you are already ITIL, Scrum or PMI certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support\nIf you are excited about this role but your experience does not align perfectly with everything outlined, or you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway.
