You will translate business, functional, security, data, and integration requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures that align with enterprise standards and long-term technology strategy.\nWorking closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, delivery teams, security partners, infrastructure teams, and external vendors, you will provide architectural direction from solution evaluation through implementation and governance. You will also promote SAP Clean Core principles, platform standardization, reuse, and sustainable BTP-based extensions and integrations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign end-to-end solution architectures for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, SAP BTP, and related HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.\n\nTranslate business, functional, security, data, and integration requirements into solution and technical architectures, identifying appropriate SAPand non-SAP technologies, integration patterns, and implementation approaches.\n\nDefine integration architectures across SuccessFactors EC, Employee Central Payroll, SAP BTP, and internal and external systems using appropriate APIs, middleware, integration technologies, and standardized patterns.\n\nProvidearchitectural guidance for SAP BTP-based extensions, integrations, automation, and application services while avoiding unnecessary customization of core applications.\n\nOwn and maintainarchitecture artifacts, including architecture diagrams, integration designs, system context diagrams, interface patterns, technology decisions, and componentspecifications.\n\nEvaluate solution options and recommend approaches based on business value, functionality, user experience, scalability, security, maintainability, performance, cost, and long-term technology strategy.\n\nEnsure solutions comply withenterprise standards for security, identity and access management, data privacy and protection, auditability, monitoring, operational resilience, performance, and supportability.\n\nGuideproposed solutions through Architecture Review Boards and technology governance processes, documenting architectural decisions, risks, dependencies, and exceptions.\n\nCollaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other Solution Architects to align HR technology solutions with the broader enterprise roadmap, technology standards, and strategic platform direction.\n\nIdentifyopportunities for platform optimization, simplification, standardization, reuse, and modernization across HR technology investments.\n\nPromote SAP Clean Core principles by balancing standard SAP capabilities with BTP-based extensions and integrations when requirements cannot be met through standard functionality.\n\nPartner with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, integration teams, security teams, infrastructure teams, and external partners to support consistent implementation of the target architecture.\n\nProvide technical input into product evaluations, vendor assessments, proofs of concept, technology roadmaps, and implementation strategies.\n\nStay current with SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, cloud architecture, integration technologies, security, and emerging HR technology capabilities, assessing potential organizational value.\n\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.\n\n4+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise IT solutions, preferably in financial services, insurance, or another complex and highly regulated industry.\n\nDemonstrated experience in solution architecture or technical architecture, including translating business and functional requirements into technology solutions.\n\nHands-on experience or strong architectural knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, including associated integrations and data flows.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).\n\nSAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration.\n\nEC-to-ECP employee and organizational data replication.\n\nIntegration of SuccessFactors with SAP and third-party applications.\n\nSAP BTP extensions and side-by-side application architectures.\n\nSAP and SuccessFactors APIs, including REST, SOAP, and OData.\n\nXML, JSON, Groovy, and JavaScript.\n\nEvent-driven and API-based integration patterns.\n\nIdentity, authentication, authorization, secure connectivity, cloud security, privacy, and data protection.\n\nMonitoring, logging, error handling, operational support, DevSecOps, and modern software development practices.\n\nArchitecture & Leadership Capabilities:\nStrong understanding of solution architecture principles, architecture patterns, integration architecture, and cloud-native design concepts.\n\nExperience applying IT security, risk, privacy, and regulatory requirements during solution design and delivery.\n\nAbility to assess solutions from business and technology perspectives, balancing functional needs with security, performance, scalability, maintainability, cost, and operational considerations.\n\nAbility to communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior business and technology leaders.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate alternatives and provide clear recommendations and rationale.\n\nProven ability to collaborate across business, The salary range posted below applies to the Company’s Princeton location.\nThe base salary range anticipated for this position is $104,200 - $152,800 plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay.
