Develop continuous and periodic automated performance testing and monitoring to achieve 98% successful operation of platform. Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for technical output and delivery of platform to ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction. Develop technical roadmap to prioritize and expand development of new products, enhancements, capabilities and technical components.
