Our risk experts work together to assemble the right mix of products and services to help our clients stay competitive - from traditional reinsurance coverages, to niche and specialty reinsurance and insurance products.\nThe Opportunity\nFuture focused and always one step ahead\nThe Workflow Coordinator is responsible for identifying and accurately distributing a high volume of accounting and claims related correspondence.\nResponsibilities for this role will primarily focus on the timely handling of the following tasks in accordance with best practices, policies and procedures, and/or service level agreements:\nIdentify and categorize correspondence received from our clients according to content (first notice of loss, updates, financials, statement of accounts, etc.)\nEnsure correspondence is assigned to the correct loss number and department and person for handling within Claims or Reinsurance Accounting. \nResearch newly reported losses do not already exist in global reinsurance system prior to categorizing content as first notice of loss.\nRespond, with guidance, to internal and external client requests utilizing both written and verbal communication.\nMay participate in projects as needed.\nSuccessful candidates will possess the following experience, skills and capabilities:\nA high school diploma is required\n2+ years office experience, preferred\nObtain a working knowledge of Munich Re operational and/or financial processing systems\nHave a working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Outlook\nStrong organization, prioritization and follow-through skills for handling high volume intake in order to meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task.\nStrong Interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, relationships and teamwork.\nOpen-minded, receptive to innovation and automation.\nUses judgement and problem solving skills to detect routine issues.\nAbility to develop a working knowledge of MRAm organization and functions performed.\nAbility to review and identify contract terms applicable to job function and obtain a familiarity with reinsurance terms and concepts.\nThe Company is open to considering candidates in Princeton, NJ. The salary range posted below applies to the Company’s Princeton location.The base salary range anticipated for this position is $46,000- $53,000 plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. In addition, the company makes available a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). The salary estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for candidates hired in this position in Princeton, NJ. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
