Working closely with the business, suppliers, employees.\nResponsibilities:\nTo be proficient and accurate in the processing and recording of…Premium receipts and payments\nClaims payments and receipts\nCommission payments and receipts\nOther insurance technical cash movements\nOperational payments and receipts i.e. suppliers, employee expenses\n\nDeal with queries and resolve any issues, discrepancies\nAssist in the completion of specific key balance sheet controls and reconciliations.\nAssist in the annual audit by providing support and workings as required and via process walkthrough’s.\nComplete the upload of bank statement & clearing of bank open items in the ledger\nProduce appropriate KPI reporting for consolidation into the teams KPI’s\nEnsure all processes are documented effectively, detailing areas of judgement\nManage tasks within agreed timetable including booking relevant review meetings with management\nCritically appraise all processes and assumptions on an ongoing basis with a ‘continual improvement outlook’ and proactively engage with relevant stakeholders to improve where opportunity exists\nAssist in other areas of the team and provide effective cover where appropriate as assigned\nKnowledge and Skills\nExperience or knowledge of the end-to-end receivables process\nAbility to communicate in Spanish and English both verbally and in writing, Italian and German are considered a plus\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail\nConfidence to deal with a range of stakeholders\nExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritise your own workload\nThe ability to work under pressure and to deadlines\nIntermediate level of MS Excel\nIf you are excited about this role but your experience does not align perfectly with everything outlined, or you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway.
