The LH1.2 Propositions Development team is responsible for the offering, maintenance and development of our digital solutions.\nThe candidate will manage projects, support clients on system integration and design workflows aligned with our digital strategy.\nYour Job\nWorkflow and System Integration: Understand, develop and optimize workflows that interconnect client’s IT systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration across departments.\n Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in creating project plans, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables together with Munich Re Automation Solutions (MRAS).\nCybersecurity and Compliance: Ensure all technological solutions meet cybersecurity standards, including configurations for servers, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between clients, IT, underwriting, operations, and MRAS to align technical solutions with business needs.\nProduction Monitoring: Oversee live operations to ensure the effective performance of implemented solutions, troubleshooting and improving systems as needed.\nWorkshops and Training: Organize workshops focusing on system integration, underwriting, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.\nYour profile\nExperience:\n5-10 years in IT consulting or project management with a focus on life or health insurance or financial services.\nStrong background in database management, system integration, and analytics.\nProven success in managing IT projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.\nTechnical Skills:\nProficient in agile project management and DevOps principles.\nKnowledge of IT security measures, including certificate management and network security.\nInterpersonal Skills:\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\nAbility to manage cross-disciplinary teams effectively.\n Language:\nAdvanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
