The role requires expert proficiency in all aspects of software development and will us best practices to develop clustered, reliable, scalable, and high-performance applications while working closely with peers, stakeholders, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.\nResponsibilities:\nSpecific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:\nBuild, consume, document, and integrate APIs in a development, test and production environment supporting the Credit Union’s Software Platform (on premise and cloud).\nDevelopment of Widgets and Micro services for Online banking SDK Development.\nDevelopment of functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites on the back end.\nParticipate in agile ceremonies.\nFollow requirements to create solutions.\nAssists with documentation of code and development processes.\nDevelopment of applications on web-based platforms. \nDevelopment of application using Latest AI technologies is desirable. \nFamiliar in latest software development technology. \nFamiliar in project source control technology. \nKnowledge of security and encryption protocols.\nFollow standardized methods and procedures used for efficient and prompt handling of all development requests.\nEnsure team adheres to documentation as well as documentation is kept updated and relevant.\nArchitect solutions for Business problems.\nGuidance in optimization of the internal applications and data for maximum speed, security, and scalability.\nLead the collaboration with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., IT staff, Business Users, Business Analysts) to gather requirements, develop specifications, author, debug, test, and document program code.\nThorough production experience and business intelligence with .NET development, including strong technology focus on portals and enterprise application integration.\nLead optimization for new software workflows to streamline processes.\nEnsure and optimize standardized methods and procedures used for efficient and prompt handling of all development requests.\nAbility to support the team in a high-volume environment to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.\nFunction as an expert and perform optimally within an agile development framework, properly creating or leading the team to create user stories and estimating effort and duration.\nLead and manage end-to end life cycle to produce software and applications through project conception to completion.\nAdhere to all regulatory compliance training inclusive of BSA/AML/OFAC and overall BSA/AML/OFAC compliance.\nParticipate in monthly on-call rotation.\nPerform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned.\nWritten and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to communicate with other members of the team. \nRequirements:\nExpertise in .NET-based architecture, including advanced concepts like enterprise application integration. Deep knowledge of C# and its application in building scalable, high-performance systems.\nComprehensive knowledge of various web frameworks and the ability to make strategic decisions on which technologies to use.\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft SQL Server, including database optimization, performance tuning, and complex SSIS package development.\nExtensive experience in designing and leading the development of complex RESTful APIs and web service integrations.\nExtensive experience with Reporting tools such Crystal Reports or SQL Reports.\nExpertise and ownership in application deployment. Expertise with design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deployments, ensuring a streamlined and reliable path from development to production, also ensuring that our applications adhere to the highest standards of quality, security, and performance throughout their lifecycle. Expertise with IIS, expertise leading and owning initiatives to optimize deployment process, implement best practices like blue/green or canary deployments, and ensure application availability, scalability, and security.\nExpert-level experience with Symitar and its related technologies such as PowerOn, SymXchange, OpCon, and ARCU. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, 401(k) with an 6% employer match per pay period.
