This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping teams grow.\nThis hybrid role is based out of our San Jose, CA office, requiring on-site attendance 3 to 4 times per week, with occasional travel to our Mountain View, CA office.\nResponsibilities \nCoordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, including virtual and on-site meetings\nServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the interview process\nMaintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), including accurate candidate records, job descriptions, interview plans and postings\nPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to drive an efficient, organized hiring process\nManage interview logistics such as booking rooms, setting up video links, and handling travel arrangements when applicable\nGreet and support candidates during on-site interviews, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience\nSupport broader recruiting efforts including headcount tracking, reporting, and sourcing\nHelp coordinate recruiting events and internal sourcing jams\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements that enhance candidate experience and team operations\nQualifications\n1+ year of experience in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or similar role in a fast-paced technical environment.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive, team-oriented attitude\nProficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs), Slack, and Greenhouse\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience coordinating complex interview schedules across multiple time zones and seniority levels.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.\nDemonstrated ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.\nNice-to-have Skills\nExperience in a high-growth startup\nExperience using scheduling tools like Modernloop, Goodtime, or other similar tools\nSalary\nThe salary range for this role is $101,000 - $116,000, plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package.
