As a small, highly collaborative team, we work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal and GTM Systems to provide guidance, manage risk and ensure deals align with company policies and revenue requirements.\nYOUR MISSION\nAs a Deal Desk Analyst, you’ll help turn complex sales opportunities into successful customer agreements. You’ll apply sound judgment, attention to detail and a solutions oriented mindset to help Sales move efficiently while maintaining financial and operational discipline. Your work will support a faster, more consistent and scalable deal process as Mural grows.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nReview opportunities, quotes, pricing, discounts, and contract terms for accuracy.\n\nSupport deals from quote creation through billing.\n\nEnsure deals follow internal policies and revenue requirements.\n\nPartner with Sales to answer questions and help move opportunities forward.\n\nWork with Finance to confirm billing details and revenue-related requirements.\n\nCollaborate with Legal on contract terms and non-standard requests.\n\nPartner with the GTM Systems team to resolve Salesforce or system-related issues.\n\nMaintain accurate deal documentation and record relevant deal precedents.\n\nIdentify process improvements that increase deal speed, accuracy, and consistency.\n\nHelp develop and maintain team resources, guidelines, and knowledge repositories.\n\nHelp create a smooth, scalable deal experience for internal teams and customers.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\n4+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, or a similar role, ideally in a SaaS environment.\n\nExperience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating non-standard sales contracts.\n\nStrong understanding of deal structures, pricing models, and revenue recognition principles.\n\nProficiency with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar).\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nCompensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.\nEqual Opportunity\nWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
