If that works for your life, keep reading - because the pay and the schedule are genuinely worth it.\nThe Schedule\nThis is a rotating compressed schedule that averages 3 to 3.5 working days per week on 12.5-hour shifts. You are done by mid-afternoon and have more days off than you work. The specific rotation alternates week to week. Note: the schedule is set to change in the new year - updated hours will be communicated to candidates before their start date.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nSet up and operate secondary manufacturing equipment following all safety and operating procedures\n\nSupport Production Operators with materials and supplies to keep equipment running efficiently\n\nExamine materials visually and physically to ensure they meet quality and conformance standards\n\nComplete required production documentation and paperwork accurately throughout the shift\n\nPerform machine cleaning and maintain housekeeping standards\n\nFollow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and work procedures for the duration of your shift\n\nReport any issues or concerns to your Lead or Supervisor promptly\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nHigh school diploma or GED\n\n6 months to 1 year of industrial or manufacturing experience\n\nAbility to operate a forklift, hand tools, scales, mixers, and secondary machinery\n\nBasic math skills - working with units of weight, volume, and distance\n\nComfortable following written procedures, recipes, and product specifications\n\nComputer literate - ability to complete documentation in manufacturing systems\n\nReliable transportation to the Englewood facility for a 3:00 AM start\n\nDependable attendance -
