Both are Monday through Friday - no rotating weekends, no Sunday nights.\nChoose Your Shift\n2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM at $22.00 to $23.50/hr\n\n3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM at $22.00 to $23.50/hr\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nThis facility produces specialty polymer and extrusion-based materials used in automotive, packaging, appliance, and consumer goods manufacturing. As a Production Associate you will:\nStage and weigh ingredients to recipe specifications to support the production line\n\nSet up and operate production machinery following safety and operating procedures\n\nProcess, package, and skid finished materials per customer specifications\n\nSupport Production Operators with materials and supplies to keep equipment running efficiently\n\nPerform machine cleaning and maintain housekeeping standards throughout your shift\n\nComplete required production documentation and paperwork accurately\n\nFollow all safety rules and PPE requirements - safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, respirator, gloves, and area-specific gear\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nHigh school diploma or GED\n\n1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience\n\nActive forklift license\n\nComfortable operating production machinery and following written procedures and batch recipes\n\nAbility to lift up to 55 pounds regularly throughout an 8.5-hour shift\n\nDependable attendance -
