We've raised $28 million in total, including our $15 million Series A led by Tether and North Island Ventures.\nThe Role\nEverything Mural ships is technical: licenses, custody models, real-time rails, KYB and KYC, Know Your Agent, an MCP server, a checkout that clears purchases for humans and agents. Everywhere Mural shows up, it has to be plain: the website, social, email, the product, the docs, the sales deck, and Mural's agentic teammate, who speaks for us to every customer every day. The gap between those two sentences is this job.\nYou will own how Mural's products are explained, everywhere they are explained. You report to the CEO and work directly with the CTO, the engineers shipping the product, and the brand team. You will hold the voice, the vocabulary, and the truth gate: nothing we say is ahead of what is live.\nThe bigger picture is the one you will be writing into existence. Money is becoming software, and the next generation of commerce will be transacted by agents acting for people and businesses. Someone has to be the compliant system of record those agents connect to, with a verified identity, a permission, and an audit trail on every action. That is Mural's bet, and it needs a narrator who can make it concrete: not \"agentic payments\" as a slogan, but what an agent's account looks like, what clears a purchase, and why a CPO at a fintech should build on it this quarter.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the copy for every surface: website, product, docs, email, social, decks, and launch posts. Write most of it yourself.\n\nTurn every shipped feature into a story, in one sentence and in one page, the day it ships. The changelog entry, the LinkedIn post, the email, and the sales one-liner come from you.\n\nWrite the voice of Mural's agentic teammate. It is a forward-deployed teammate, not a chatbot. How it explains a failed payment, an RFI, or a new product is product marketing, and it is yours.\n\nHold the voice and vocabulary across the company: what we say, what we never say, and how \"infrastructure\" travels into Spanish.\n\nRun the truth gate with Compliance. Every external claim passes legal review, and you make that fast instead of slow.\n\nBuild the narrative for the agentic future with the founders and carry it into everything from the Product page to investor updates.\n\nShip in Spanish as well as English, with the team in Latin America.\n\nWho You Are\n3 to 5 years in product marketing, at least part of it at a startup where you were the whole function.\n\nA writer first. Your samples are copy people actually read: landing pages, launch posts, docs, emails. Short sentences, real nouns, no adjectives doing a number's job.\n\nYou can read an API reference and explain it to a CFO without losing what is true.\n\nYou're AI-native. Agentic tools are how you already draft, research, and ship, and we will ask you to show us.\n\nBig plus: you speak Spanish natively. Most of our customers and their customers are in Latin America, and the site, the product, and our agentic teammate will all speak Spanish. If you can write it as well as you write English, you are ahead of every other candidate.\n\nStrong pluses: fintech or infrastructure marketing, developer marketing, and a point of view on where agentic commerce is going.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nA CPO reads one page of the site and can say what Mural does and why it is different, in their own words.\n\nEvery launch ships with its story on the same day, on every surface, in one voice.\n\nMural's agentic teammate sounds like Mural everywhere it speaks.\n\nCompliance clears copy in hours, not weeks, because you wrote it to pass the first time.\n\nHow We Work\nWe run on three principles:\n2% better, every day.
