root cause analysis, report making\nKey Duties & Responsibilities:\n• Process Quality: Maintain process control for quality and yield, drive continuous improvement, and plan/evaluate engineering tests.\n• Process Optimization: Analyze equipment/process parameters, identify root causes, and implement validated improvements.\n• Project Management: Lead/support projects for new cell models, materials, processes and technologies, ensuring activities meet required schedules.\n• Defect Analysis: Investigate process-related defects from production/customers and coordinate effective countermeasures.\n• Documentation: Prepare, maintain and update process specifications, engineering reports, change-management and related documents.\n• Other Responsibilities: Support CFTs, committees and other tasks/projects assigned by supervisor\nAbility / Competency Required:\n• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering discipline\n• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required\n• Good analytical and problem-solving skills\n• Knowledge of statistics, data analysis\n• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\n• Strong communication
