Combining theoretical learning with extensive hands-on clinical experience, the program prepares students for contemporary professional practice.\nA key part of the program is the on-campus Murdoch University Chiropractic Clinic (MUCC), where students work with real patients under the supervision and guidance of qualified clinicians. Students also gain experience through outreach programs supporting rural and remote communities.\nThe Chiropractic team is committed to providing a supportive, practical learning environment, with a strong focus on clinical education, professionalism, ethics and culturally competent care.\nYour New Role!\nAs the Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for the clinical operation of the diagnostic imaging service within the Murdoch University Chiropractic Clinic (MUCC), while providing clinical education and supervision to student clinicians.\nYou will perform and/or supervise diagnostic imaging examinations and support students to develop their clinical skills and competence. Working closely with academic staff, you will also contribute to the broader teaching activities of the Chiropractic program and help ensure clinical education aligns with program learning outcomes and professional standards.\nKey responsibilities include:\nProviding academic guidance, clinical education and mentorship to student clinicians.\nPerforming and/or supervising diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with radiation safety requirements, professional standards and clinic protocols.\nEducating and supervising students in radiographic technique, radiation safety, positioning and image interpretation.\nAssessing and verifying students’ clinical competence and supporting the development of their practical skills.\nCollaborating with academic staff to maintain consistency in teaching standards and clinical practices.\nThe position may be filled by either a registered Medical Radiation Practitioner (Radiographer) or a Chiropractor holding a radiography licence.\nPlease refer to the Position Description for further details.\nWhat We Offer You!\nThis Continuous| Part time (9 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $115K - $136K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.\nYou’ll join a dynamic and talented team where diversity and innovation thrive.
