Environment & Platform Management\nDeploy and manage MX environments across development, testing, and production stages\n\nHandle environment lifecycle:provisioning,configuration, upgrades& patching, decommissioning\n\nEnsure environments are standardized, reproducible, and compliant\n\nSupport multi-client and multi-environment setups in SaaS or hybrid models\n\n2. CI/CD & Release Engineering\nDesign, implement, and maintainCI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and deployment across multiple environments\n\nEnsure pipeline stability minimizing build failures and delays\n\nImplement automatedbuild, packaging, and deployment processes\n\nEnforce versioncontrol best practices (branching strategies, tagging, artifact management)\n\nSupport release cycles\n\n3. Automation\nPlan & Code Templates stored in Git repositories alongside application code, allowing template updates to be version-controlled, code-reviewed, and tracked\n\nAutomate environment provisioning, configuration, and upgrades\n\nBuild reusable automation components to improve scalability and consistency\n\n4. Monitoring & Reliability\nImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.\n\nDrive observability, incident analysis, and reliability improvements.\n\n5. Data & Environment Operations\nManage data provisioning, masking, and lifecycle activities.\n\nSupport database migration, sanitization, and reconciliation.\n\nEnsure compliance with security and data governance standards\n\n6. Incident Management\nAct as an escalation point for platform and environment issues.\n\nTroubleshoot complex incidents and coordinate resolutions.\n\nMaintain documentation and knowledge sharing.\n\nWho you are:\nEducation: Degree in Bachelor inComputer Engineering or Computer Science\n\n1 to 4 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Software Engineeringor a relevant field\n\nTechnical Skills\nCI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLabCI, Azure DevOps\n\nVersion control systems: Git (advanced usage)\n\nScripting: Shell, Python, Java, Groovy\n\nOperating systems: Linux/Unix\n\nCloud platforms: AWS, Azure/GCP is a plus\n\nDatabases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar\n\nDevOps & Platform Expertise\nExperience building and operating CI/CD pipelines in complex environments\n\nKnowledge of monitoring and observability tools\n\nExposure to SaaS / distributed architectures\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills\n\nAbility to work under pressure in production environments\n\nClear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nTeam-oriented with strong collaboration mindset\n\nProactive and continuous improvement mindset\n\nFluent
