You’ll be part of one global team where you can learn fast and stay true to yourself.\nThe team:\nMexico Operations domain team aims to deliver the expertise which helps Murex customers in the region, providing a range of services, including support, training, evolution of the platform, and the implementation of new modules.\nThe modules and processes in the scope of the Operations domain team relate to the back-office activities of our clients, such as transaction lifecycle, legal documentation (SWIFT, paper format), settlement, and collateral management, among others.\nWhat you’ll do:\nAs a Operations technical analyst in the Murex Mexico office Operations and Finance team, you will work closely with our clients which are major banks, hedge funds, asset managers, insurance companies, corporate and other players in the capital markets. Your responsibilities will include:\nAdvising on Murex best practices in the organizational modelling in MX.3, transaction lifecycle management, confirmation and matching of transactions, settlements, accounting, collateral and position management\n\nContributing to client-site MX.3 implementations during the requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment phases by participating in workshops, preparing documentation, configuring client requirements, and performing quality assurance tests\n\nProviding client support, including managing open issues and supporting upgrade activities\n\nCommunicating development needs to the Murex product development team\n\nProviding internal and external training\n\nCoach and mentor junior consultant\n\nIn addition to the above, you may also participate as a functional expert in the sales process.\nWho you are:\n4-6 years of experience in technology for capital markets or the banking industry\n\nStrong academic background in technology, finance, engineering, or business\n\nKnowledge of Unix/Linux operating system, SQL, XSL, or basic programming is preferred\n\nFamiliarity with the trade lifecycle of financial products\n\nFamiliarity with accounting for financial products is a plus\n\nSystematic problem solver with critical thinking abilities\n\nFluent written & oral English is necessary\n\nFluent written & oral Spanish is necessary\n\nStrong presenter and effective
