CI/CD & Release Engineering\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and deployment across multiple environments\n\nEnsure pipeline stability, performance, and reliability, minimizing build failures and delays\n\nImplement automated build, packaging, and deployment processes\n\nEnforce version control best practices (branching strategies, tagging, artifact management)\n\nSupport release cycles, including validation, smoke testing, and rollback strategies\n\n2. Automation\nPlan & Code Templates stored in Git repositories alongside application code, allowing template updates to be version-controlled, code-reviewed, and tracked\n\nAutomate environment provisioning, configuration, and upgrades\n\nBuild reusable automation components to improve scalability and consistency\n\nReduce manual operations through process automation and scripting\n\n3. Environment & Platform Management\nDeploy and manage MX environments across development, testing, and production stages\n\nHandle environment lifecycle:\nProvisioning\n\nConfiguration\n\nUpgrades & patching\n\nDecommissioning\n\nEnsure environments are standardized, reproducible, and compliant\n\nSupport multi-client and multi-environment setups in SaaS or hybrid models\n\n5. Monitoring, Observability & Reliability (SRE mindset)\nImplement and maintain:\nMonitoring\n\nLogging\n\nAlerting\n\nEnsure end-to-end observability of platforms and pipelines\n\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) on incidents\n\nContribute to improving system reliability, SLAs, and operational KPIs\n\n7. Collaboration & Delivery Enablement\nCollaborate with:\nDevelopment teams (integration into CI/CD pipelines)\n\nQA teams (test automation and environment consistency)\n\nProduct teams (release readiness and constraints)\n\nClient teams (technical coordination and delivery)\n\nContribute to smooth delivery across project lifecycle\n\n10.
