client services team is firstly responsible for the smooth, timely and cost-effective implementation of our platform in the client’s environment.\nFollowing the client go-live, the client services team develops and implements an appropriate upgrade and support strategy.\nYour missions :\nIn the context of implementation or support projects, you will provide to our clients a technical and functional service linked to integration Murex system (data, transactions, reports interfacing …) as well as a technical expertise based on Murex and third party softwares ( middleware, JMS, data bases, connectors…)\nIn your day to day you will :\nSupport clients in implementing Murex withing their ecosystem and take part in the business as usual and project support (follow-up of client open cases through email, CRM portal, phone calls and on-site visits…)\n\nManage clients’ service calls in compliance with internal lifecycle including testing in case of functional changes initiated\n\nParticipate in the system version upgrades then perform upgrades and run the required regression testing\n\nAnimate trainings\n\nDevelop an understanding of ongoing activities and manage your own deliverables/progress\n\nYour profile :\nGraduated from a Master degree (Engineering school or a university) in computer science and/or market finance with a first experience\n\nMarked test for problem solving\n\nEnglish (spoken and written)\n\nSolid technical baggage and familiar with distributed architectures, databases (SQL) and one or several programming languages (scripting, object oriented)\n\nInterpersonal skills : ability to mobilise and convince\n\nFlexibility and ability to manage stressful and pressure situations (production phase, client priorities)\n\nDynamism, rigor,
