A specialization in financial markets and/or mathematics is a plus.\n\nStrong affinity for mathematics, analytical thinking, and complex problem solving. You enjoy tackling challenging, abstract or data-driven problems and finding structured, efficient solutions.\n\nPassion for fintech and interest in financial markets, with a strong motivation to work at the intersection of finance and technology and to understand how complex systems support trading activities.\n\nExcellent problem-solving mindset: you are curious, rigorous, and persistent when investigating issues, and you enjoy breaking down complex topics into actionable solutions.\n\nInterest in IT/software development; familiarity with Unix, SQL databases and/or Oracle Sybase is desirable.
