This role will suit individuals who:\nAre looking to develop a career in estimating, commercial management, and sales\nHave strong analytical and organisational skills\nWant exposure to real project costing, client engagement, and tendering\nAre motivated to progress into a senior commercial or sales role\nWhat You Will Do\nPreparation of cost estimates and quotations for geospatial surveying projects\nReview and interpretation of tender documents, drawings, and specifications\nAssisting in the development of pricing strategies and commercial submissions\nSupporting the sales team in managing incoming enquiries and client requests\nLiaising with operational teams to determine:\nFieldwork requirements\nResource allocation\nProgramme durations\nAssisting in the preparation of tender submissions and proposals\nMaintaining and updating quotation trackers and sales pipelines\nSupporting client engagement and follow-up to secure work\nIdentifying opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling services\nEnsuring all commercial outputs align with company standards and risk controls\nWhat You Will Bring\n1-3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or Commercial role (or strong graduate with relevant placement experience)\nDiploma or equivalent in:Quantity Surveying\nConstruction Economics\nEngineering or related discipline\n\nStrong numerical and analytical skills\nExcellent attention to detail\nGood understanding of construction or engineering environments (desirable)\nStrong IT skills (Excel essential)\nRight to work in Ireland \nBenefits You Will Love\nAt Murphy Geospatial - A Woolpert Company, you’ll join a collaborative and innovative team where your expertise makes a real impact.
