The successful candidate will take ownership of large-scale projects from inception through to completion, ensuring excellence in project delivery, safety, commercial performance, and client satisfaction while contributing to team development and business growth. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department and will be based in our Kilcullen office, with the option of hybrid working (one to two days per week) following a successful onboarding period.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage all aspects of the project across the whole project cycle\nDevelop an efficient programme of work and strategy for the project\nLead and manage project teams, fostering a positive, high-performance culture focused on collaboration, safety, and delivery excellence.\nLiaise with clients to ensure effective client-centred communication\nAttend client/site meetings\nCoordinate with other project managers, managers, and sub-contractors\nCommunicate effectively with other departments in completing projects\nManage the project contract and subcontracts including invoicing and cashflow\nAssist sales with timings, technical support, and client meetings\nImplement company policies and procedures and ensure compliance from site teams\nDevelop, review, and approve project RAMS, ensuring compliance with company and client safety requirements\nDrive commercial performance through effective project controls while identifying opportunities for additional services and business development\nStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills\nIdentify and act upon areas of potential H&S non-conformities\nPromote a proactive safety culture and ensure lessons learned from incidents, near misses, and observations are effectively communicated and implemented.\nTraining and development of staff\nWhat You Will Bring\nMinimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience in surveying, geomatics, utility surveying, or a related field.\nStrong experience covering all aspects of surveys (Topographical, Utility etc.)\nStrong experience in managing projects including staff and commercial aspects\nAbility to work closely with clients and advise about best approaches\nHighly proficient in spoken and written English\nStrong safety ethic\nExcellent attention to detail\nProficient in MS Office\nPossess the right to work in the Ireland\nKey Attributes\nPlanning and organising\nStakeholder engagement\nManaging staff\nStrategic perspective\nAnalysis and judgement\nInterpersonal sensitivity\nAdaptability and resilience\nEnergy and initiative\nBenefits You Will Love\nAt Murphy Geospatial - A Woolpert Company, you’ll join a collaborative and innovative team where your expertise makes a real impact.
