This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in surveying and geospatial engineering while gaining hands-on experience on a high-profile Digital Construction project.\nYou will work alongside experienced Geospatial Engineers and Senior Geospatial Engineers, supporting the delivery of accurate survey data, setting-out activities, survey control, and project documentation. This role would suit someone with a relevant qualification or early experience in surveying, geomatics, construction, or engineering who is eager to learn, develop, and contribute to technically challenging projects.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport field survey teams with engineering, setting-out, verification, and as-built survey activities.\nAssist with the use of modern survey equipment including Total Stations, GNSS, GPS, data collectors, laser scanning, UAV and imaging tools.\nHelp establish, maintain, and verify survey control networks, grid lines, and site control.\nRecord survey information accurately and consistently in line with project specifications and scope.\nAssist with preparation and analysis of survey and set-out data.\nSupport post-processing activities using software such as AutoCAD, StarNet and BricsCAD.\nWork closely with site teams, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure survey requirements are delivered efficiently and accurately.\nFollow project-specific safety, security, and quality protocols at all times.\nMaintain survey equipment and support routine checks to ensure kit is well kept and ready for use.\nCarry out any other duties as required by the business.\nWhat You Will Bring\nA qualification or early experience in surveying, geomatics, engineering, construction, or a related field.\nAn interest in geospatial engineering, digital construction, survey control, and setting out.\nSome familiarity with survey equipment, CAD, or survey processing software would be an advantage.\nGood attention to detail and a willingness to learn.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.\nWilling and able to work a rotation-based pattern of 10 days on and 4 days off.\nRight to work in the UK.\nA full clean manual driving licence is desirable but not essential.\nCSCS card, or willingness to begin the process of obtaining one.\nBenefits You Will Love\nAt Murphy Geospatial - A Woolpert Company, you’ll join a collaborative and innovative team where your expertise makes a real impact.
