Reporting to the Head of Department, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Geospatial Engineer to lead key projects across Ireland and Europe, ensuring positive outcomes for clients and the business alike.\nWhat You Will Do\nStaking/Setting-out for different trades in construction.\nPrepare and analyse data for set-out.\nUtilise modern survey methods and survey devices such as Total Stations, GPS and Data Collectors.\nPerform detailed field and office surveying work.\nUtilisation of post processing software such as AutoCAD, StarNet and 12d Model.\nBuild and maintain relationships with clients and various stakeholders, ensuring we deliver projects to exact customer requirements.\nAny other duties as required by the business.\nWhat You Will Bring\nHave relevant qualifications (Surveying, Geomatics or Engineering) and/or relevant experience.\nStrong knowledge of the principles and practices of surveying.\nUnderstand scopes of work and project requirements.\nHave strong knowledge of current CAD technology.\nExperience working in infrastructure and construction.\nPossess a full Irish or EU driving licence.\nPossess a valid PTS card\nFlexibility to travel nationwide & European-wide as required by our clients.\nThe right to work in the EU.\nWhat key attributes do I need?\nAbility to work on your own initiative and to develop new applications and projects, as well as working within an existing team\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nAn ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads and achieve critical deadlines\nWillingness to develop skills and knowledgebase. \nA flexible, positive attitude towards work and be a team player\nEnthusiastic and structured approach to planning with good problem-solving abilities\nBenefits You Will Love\nAt Murphy Geospatial - A Woolpert Company, you’ll join a collaborative and innovative team where your expertise makes a real impact.
