Our mission is to bring inspiration to the world through robotics by empowering store workers and enhancing the overall retail experience.\nLearn more about our company and product here:\nhttps://www.muse-gr.com/en\n## Responsibilities\n- Own end to end customer success, from deployment to ongoing adoption and expansion at customer sites\n- Work hands on in store environments to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and day to day operational success of the robots\n- Partner closely with store managers and frontline staff to design and refine workflows powered by autonomous robots\n- Drive adoption and usage by proactively identifying gaps, solving issues, and delivering continuous value to customers\n- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring long term success\n- Collect and translate on site feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams\n- Support new business development by leveraging field insights and identifying high impact opportunities\n- Lead or support sales cycles where needed, especially from a solution and operational perspective\n- Develop repeatable customer success playbooks, onboarding processes, and operational frameworks\n- Help shape the evolution of a multi use robotics platform through continuous real world feedback loops\n- Stay ahead of industry trends across retail, robotics, and AI\nQualifications\n- 3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, field operations, or solution based roles\n- Proven ability to drive customer outcomes and long term adoption\n- Strong problem solving skills with a hands on, execution oriented mindset\n- Ability and willingness to work on site and engage directly with frontline operations\n- Excellent communication skills across both operational and stakeholder levels\nPreferred Qualifications\n- Experience in robotics, AI, or hardware related customer success roles\n- Hands on experience supporting deployment and operation of robotics systems in real environments\n- Background in retail, logistics, or operational environments\n- Experience in onboarding, implementation, or field support roles\n- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to improve systems based on customer feedback\nPortrait of a person\n- Passion for creating real world impact through technology\n- Strong empathy for customers and frontline operations\n- Curiosity about how AI and robotics can transform industries\n- Ownership mindset with a bias for action\n- Alignment with MUSE’s vision\nSalary\nCompensation will be discussed based on experience, expertise, expected working hours, and engagement structure. Additional performance-based incentives may be available.\nLocation\nThis role is primarily remote, with frequent travel expected to support customer deployments, training, and operational success at retail locations. Travel requirements and areas of focus will evolve based on customer needs and business growth. Candidates should be comfortable working on-site with customers when needed and be willing to travel regularly across the United States.
