The Project Associate is responsible for the implementation of the Program Innovators of Tomorrow run by the organization at different schools at the Block level in the District. The position involves the opportunity to work in close association with partner schools and train students on technology to improve the career choice of students after 12th grade and Increase their livelihood opportunities for them\nKey Responsibilities but not limited to\nComplete ownership of the implementation in Schools of the project in 2-3 Government Schools\nConduct training on technology as per the designed project curriculum for students grades 7-10. \nEffective monitoring and implementation of the Innovators for Tomorrow Project (Physically and Virtually)\nConduct regular testing, Orientation and support to School students on the existing and newly developed products.\nConduct a need-based survey, Data collection Baseline, Midline and Endline for School teachers, Students and Parents.\nEnabling Schools and teachers to adopt new technology and tools.\nCollect evidence and Change case studies from the field at a regular interval.\nEnsure increasing Student adoption of technology as per project M&E\nMentor and train students for the hackathon and different levels of competition.\nExperience Requirements:\nGraduate/Post-graduate preferably in the field of Computers (BCA, MCA, B.Tech)\nCommunication and documentation skills in English & Hindi\nPassion to impact lives and bring change in society\nMust have skills and competencies:\nHands on experience of C, C++, JavaScript, SQL, HTML & SQL Database\nExcellent understanding of Microsoft and Google Product (Excel, PPT, Docs ETC)\nTeaching and Pedagogy ability with basic knowledge of other tech products/programs\nReporting, documentation \nBuilding relationship with government & team\nFluency in English & Hindi both in writing and speaking\nAwareness of local areas and blocks\nAccountable, Ambition, Collaboration, Creative\nHumble & empathetic\nComfortable in field/ Groundwork\nOpen for local/(Needs-based outside) commutes and travel \nAccountable, Ambition, Collaboration, Creative\nOther Requirements and Details: It will be preferred if the candidate has his/her own vehicle, Smartphone and laptop for the proper execution of roles and responsibilities, all the program
