We are confident you’ll be covered in all the ways that matter most to you.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nHave good organizational skills\nCreate purchase orders for all estimators, generator orders, and large project orders\nOrder copper, aluminum, MC & other wire/cable\nOrder devices, conduit, and other items for prefab and jobs as needed\nPerform prefab invoice approvals from packing slips and purchase orders.\nOrder equipment, tools, & misc. items as directed by Purchasing Manager\nProcess prefab requisitions including verification of pricing and phases\nPerform variances on all jobs\nStart and update submittal charts for projects\nOverseeing and maintaining accurate pricing in our Accubid and estimating programs\nObtain quotes from all vendors for yearly purchasing programs\nObtain credits for variances over billed & for incorrect prices on program items for prefab stock purchase orders.\nGet quotes and order large quantity items for division jobs as needed\nDo releases or revisions to purchase orders\nBecome proficient with our tool and inventory management software, and be able to troubleshoot questions/issues when they arise\nOrganize and oversee tool and stock inventory counts at all divisions\nHelp purchase and manage Muth Electric’s fleet of vehicles and corporate equipment\nHelp maximize space and inventory storage capabilities at our warehouses\nWork with and advise Warehouse Foreman on policy and procedures when necessary\nPerform other duties as requested and assigned in a timely fashion\nEssential skills and experience:\nProficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word software.\nAbility to operate most standard office equipment.\nAttention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.\nGood to excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.\nKnowledge of office administration procedures.\nExcellent telephone and verbal communication skills\nEducation/Experience:\nAssociate's (A.A.S.) degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school;
