Key responsibilities include creating detailed schedules, monitoring progress, identifying risks, identify and manage delays, coordinating with stakeholders, and performing resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for the role.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nSchedule Creation & Management: Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules from start to finish, using techniques like the Critical Path Method.\nResource Allocation: Coordinate the efficient allocation and timing of labor, equipment, and materials to avoid delays and bottlenecks.\nRisk & Delay Management: Proactively identify potential risks, analyze schedule impacts, and develop mitigation plans for issues like weather delays, design changes, and material shortages.\nProgress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress against the schedule, analyze performance, and provide regular updates and reports to project management and stakeholders.\nCoordination & Communication: Serve as a central point of communication, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.\nChange Management: Manage and incorporate changes, such as change orders, into the project schedule to maintain accuracy and control.\nEssential skills and experience\nProject Management Software Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.\nConstruction Knowledge: A deep understanding of construction processes, work activity sequences, and dependencies.\nCommunication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.\nAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to perform complex schedule analyses, evaluate delays, and find solutions to complex problems.\nOrganizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAttention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in schedules, reports, and analysis.\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor's Degree or Associate's degree (A.
